Service
KERAFOL® has extensive expertise in oxide ceramic materials and their sintering. We are pleased to offer contract sintering services for your components. We have a sintering facility equipped with electrically heated sintering furnaces capable of temperatures up to 1750°C for testing and small-batch production, as well as large-volume gas furnaces for your mass-produced products. Furthermore, we offer the option of characterizing the sintering behavior of your desired material in advance using our TOMMY optical dilatometer.

Test of sintering underlays
In addition to our sintering service, we can also recommend the best possible kiln furniture or sintering plate for your internal process.
Please send us your unsintered components. We will test sintered plates from our portfolio for you and provide you with our recommendation.
