KERAFOL^® makes electronics cool

KERAFOL^® is a medium-sized family business with its roots in technical ceramics and has since developed into a well-known supplier to the electronics industry. In close cooperation with our customers, we develop customized products and solutions – from thermal interface materials to ceramic substrates. We develop technically sophisticated and high-quality solutions for constantly growing and dynamically changing markets. Short decision-making paths, transparent processes and an agile organizational structure enable us to reliably implement customer requirements and bring innovations to market quickly. We offer a comprehensive range of services to complement our products. These range from dispensing and screen printing technology, punching technology and injection molding to test measurements and customer-specific film production.
