Keral 99 TF

Thanks to the fine-grained structure of < 2µm particles with very smooth surfaces, this aluminum oxide substrate literally shines. Our Keral 99 TF was developed primarily for thin-film applications and can be easily cut or patterned using a laser or wafer saw. Platinum deposition is easily achieved using standard thin-film technology. Thanks to the excellent flatness of < 200 µm (4″ x 4″), fine conductor tracks are precisely reproduced. The substrates are “Made in Germany” right here in Eschenbach in the Upper Palatinate. We cut the material to your specifications using laser cutting equipment. Please send us your CAD files.
