Thermal conductive tapes have a smooth surface in order to ensure that there is no entrapped air that would interfere the heat transfer between the component and the heat sink. The material compensates microscopic irregularities on the contact surfaces, which improves the thermal interface and therefore increases the heat dissipation.
The highly thermal conductive white group, with its well-balanced thermal, electrical and dielectric behaviour as well as its very good self-adhesion characteristics, is created by filling a silicone elastomer base with aluminum oxide. An increase in mechanical strength can be achieved through fibre glass reinforcement. This film type can optionally be supplied with an additional adhesive coating.
This silicone elastomer film is characterized by its excellent electrical values. It exhibits good thermal behaviour. Optional fibre glass reinforcement leads to very good mechanical properties. These film types possess excellent mechanical stability along with good perforation strength. Due to its structure, Keratherm green is extremely self-adhesive.

KERATHERM rose offers a good heat conduction due to a special filled silicone elastomer. That’s why the electrical insulation is stable. On request, these foils can also be delivered reinforced with fibre glass as well as with adhesive coating. The excellent thermal resistance of this foil leads to an optimum heat transfer to the heat sink.
Keratherm 86/60 offers outstanding thermal conductivity, which is achieved by a specially filled silicone elastomer. The excellent electrical insulation properties are thereby retained. The excellent thermal resistance of this foil leads to a optimum heat transfer to the heat sink.
This film is especially suitable for highpower applications. It has excellent thermal and electrical properties. Thanks to its good performance, Keratherm red can be used reliably in densely packed electronic applications.
