With the scientific support of Fraunhofer Institute for Ceramic Technologies and Systems we developed glass sealing tapes for solid oxide fuel cells and are now able to produce and provide them.

The glass sealing tapes exhibit the following key features:

• alkali free and suitable for CFY and ferritic interconnectors
• joining partner of steel/steel or steel/ceramics
• leakproof
• long term stable (tested at Fraunhofer Institute: 5000 h at designated operating temperatures)
• form stable glass ceramics after partial crystallization
