The main targets for the electrolytes are a high ionic conductivity, high mechanical strength, the long term stability, gas tightness and high planarity.

Following electrolyte substrates we offer:

• Partially stabilized zirconia 3YSZ with a high mechanical strength
• Fully stabilized zirconia 8YSZ that exhibits a high ionic conductivity
• Fully stabilized 10Sc1CeSZ possessing an even higher ionic conductivity and therefore a small area specific resistance
• The new developed YScSZ with its improved mechanical strength makes the cells less brittle for application especially during stack assembly. Beside very good mechanical properties its ionic conductivity is higher than that of the partially stabilized 3YSZ.

We offer substrates in standard dimensions of 50x50x0.15 mm³ and 100x100x0.15 mm³ but also a variety of squared, circular and rectangular geometries as our customers desire. For further information please have a look at our product information sheet.
