Setter Plates for the sintering of NiO - layers

For the sintering process we offer especially for our SOFC – customers beside our standard alumina setter plates also the KERALPOR Z. These setter plates are provided with a coating to prevent the blue NiAl2O4 spinel formation as a result of the reaction between Al2O3 and NiO. This formation reduces the catalytic activity of the anode side.

We offer setter plates in standard dimensions of 148x210 mm²; 100x100 mm²; 150x150 mm²; 168x168 mm² but also a variety of squared, circular and rectangular geometries as our customers desire. All formats are available with a thickness of 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 mm.
