Exhibition review: KERAFOL at the European Fuel Cell Forum 2014 in Lucerne

The 11th European Fuel Cell Forum (EFCF) took place from July 1st to 4th, 2014 in Lucerne. This world’s leading forum for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) was the highlight of the European high temperature fuel cell year. Along with SOFC also the newest achievements on Solid Oxide Electrolysers were presented.

Kerafol’s high performance cells and their long-term stability especially during electrolysis were presented in several presentations. In EIFER’s 10000 hours cell test the degradation was determined with 0.5% per 1000 hours at -900mA/cm² (EIFER B1302). Performed stack tests at sunfire revealed degradation rates of 0.7% per 1000 hours with Kerafol cells (sunfire A0804).

Kerafol presented their setter plates, glass sealing tapes, electrolytes and complete electrolyte supported cells as exhibitor. Many conference participants stopped at our booth and gave us a positive feedback concerning the variety and quality of our products. We are also happy to have established new customer relationships. We thank all visitors for coming around and would be glad to see you again in two years in Lucerne at the EFCF 2016!
