LTCC (Low Temperature Cofired Ceramics) 

Low temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) are glass-ceramic tapes which are used as support material in the thick-film technology and components for microsystems technology. On these LTCC tapes conductive materials with lower melting point such as silver can be applied as conductive paths and fitted with components. The result is a up to 900°C temperature resistant, highly integrated, 3-dimensional cross-linked multilayer ceramic board also known as ceramic multi-layer circuit.
